店名：席記紅油抄手地址：馬公市光武街10號電話：(06)9272899 時間：10:30~15:00 17:00~21:00 日期：2013.03 圖文版：http://tinyurl.com/ckmndl8 這間算是知名的老店店名叫「席抄手」or「四川紅油抄手」or「席記紅油抄手」都是指同一家先前在仁愛路上現在搬到光武街內 (馬公市中正路最熱鬧這條看到全家轉進去即可看到) 雖說店名叫紅油抄手不過店內還是有賣麵類..飯類與快炒當然其代表作當然就是紅油抄手他們家的特色就是重口味的辛辣如果你喜歡吃辣的話這間應該會很喜歡會推他們的辣椒主要是花椒從四川引進口感偏嘛他們家的紅油抄手有大中小碗/小辣中辣大辣微辣跟不辣可選個人不太吃辣因此點了小碗(八顆) & 微辣的紅油抄手炒手混沌的皮是有厚度的那種(有些是很絲很透的薄皮) 煮起來還帶著一些Q度肉餡飽滿有嚼勁看起來小小一碗吃完還頗有飽足感 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.169.183
