餐廳名稱：鄭記台南碗粿 消費時間：2013年/3月(例：2010年/7月，必填項目，違者刪文) 地址：台北市寧夏路68號 電話：02-2559-3408 每人平均價位：40起 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：碗粿 有圖的網誌版:http://silkrain.pixnet.net/blog/post/31887665 純文字版: 這家店位在寧夏路靠民生西路的出口 販賣的商品就只有虱目魚羹和台南碗粿兩樣 價格都是40元 雖然以前常逛寧夏夜市 但都沒有注意到這家啊~ 他們的碗粿看起來就很美味的感覺 淺咖啡色碗粿比白色的好吃是我的刻版印象XD 鹹香的碗粿軟軟QQ 搭配甜甜的醬油膏吃起來很有味道 裡面的餡料也很豐富 有赤肉、蛋黃、蝦米和芋頭 吃完一碗還滿有飽足感的 虱目魚羹則是甘甜有彈性 吃得到新鮮虱目魚的味道 湯頭的顏色清澈如水 老闆還加入了烏醋跟香菜提味 喝起來很清爽但我覺得勾芡得太濃啦~ 這家好像網路上沒什麼被討論 之前搜尋寧夏美食時都沒看過食記 但它其實還滿不錯的呢~ 以後來寧夏夜市就多一個選擇了 不然每次都是吃蚵仔煎大王或牛媽媽XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.100.217
