  作者: tg8012 (吃葡萄不吐葡萄皮) 看板: Food  標題: Re: [廣宣] 新北中和 角亭燒肉 回復水準了!  時間: Sun Mar  3 23:19:32 2013    此篇大半為抱怨文  因為這家店就在距離我家步行3分鐘的距離  所以我在半年前吃過一次 結果頗失望  約莫上個禮拜看到原po這篇文 對他又燃起信心  所以今天又去嘗試一次  結果發現重新出發的大概只有菜單的樣式吧  店裡主打的是排類的肉品  牛肉類的薄片只有牛五花一種  但油脂偏多 看起來沒有像原po照片中的分布均勻  而且他的排類肉品像是沙朗菲力 上面幾乎都結著霜  夾子敲下去還是硬的  店員說那個烤一下就會解凍  只要烤到六面變色就可以吃了  可是我照做之後發現吃下去中間還是冷冷偏冰的  要烤到熱一點又會過熟過老  另外我在第一次點餐的時候點松板豬  第一次上菜卻沒有來  我想說少上餐是燒烤店常見的情形  於是在第二次點餐時又點一次  結果他到第二次上餐的時候才跟我說松
