會想寫這篇的動機，其實是因為拉麵就像台灣人對於牛肉麵的看法，每個人都有自己最習

慣的口味，每一間名店都有湯有麵有牛肉都很好吃，不過味道濃淡、肉塊大小等等都是可

以比較的，總不會都很濃都很推薦啦，至少有一個喜歡的方向跟特色，或是什麼樣的情況
