[討論] 真的高湯與高湯粉的差異?

之前曾聽說台北有很多拉麵店的高湯其實是粉泡的
但畢竟本人嘴巴沒辦法分到那麼細
所以大多都是覺得好吃就會再訪
不過今天吃到一家店吃完有點疑惑
把湯喝完的碗底有很多黑點
