    雖然我沒吃過多少中菜，但我對中菜充滿熱愛，其實各國料理吃來吃去，最
    後還是覺得中國八大菜系博大精深，窮其一生都無法吃盡，而且變化多端，
    只可惜台灣的中菜種類太少，以江浙閩粵等南方菜系為大宗。
    近來看到不少添好運的食記，點了一道賽螃蟹春捲，說裡面包了蟹肉好鮮嫩
