漁村活海鮮老闆洪振輝從小在萬里長大,每天採買生鮮海產烹調,萬里蟹蒸粄條是招牌菜,三點蟹蒸熟後,搭配粄條、蒜蓉醬等滾煮,粄條吸收了醬汁與蟹鮮,口感Q彈,滋味鮮甘。萬里蟹海鮮粥也很美味,除了整隻花蟹,還加了鮮蚵、魩仔魚、蛤蜊、透抽等,滿滿的海洋鮮味讓人直呼過癮。


萬里蟹蒸粄條 時價 圖約400元。粄條吸附了醬汁香氣,三點蟹肉甘甜細嫩。經營海產店的洪振輝擅長烹調原汁原味的海鮮。
