記得之前到大陸工作在一間餐館吃過掌中寶從此對這道菜念念不忘,好像是用雞的腳掌去炸的一顆顆很酥脆有點像龍珠的口感那個辣椒也炸得很脆不會辣也很入口,不過剛剛查了一下GOOGLE台灣好像都沒有看過不知道有沒有人有吃過這道料理??謝謝
