事情是這樣的
今天跟朋友約了5:30在高雄某知名燒肉店聚餐
5:30時包含我只到了4位
2位有事要晚點到叫我們先進去吃
沒想到等我們入座後10分鐘內
店員來問了兩次另外兩位什麼時間會到
我都跟他說有連絡了確定會來
但時間真的無法掌握
該店員就去找了位貌似店長的討論之後過來跟我們說
要先收錢總共6位
接著我問他要是那兩位沒來你錢要退嗎?
他們的答案是不退
因為那兩位的錢等於是保留位子的費用
而且我們4個人做了6個人的位子
但是當時店內並沒有客滿空位一堆
就算4個人做了6人桌又如何呢?
那我以後去5個人的話我自願去擠4人桌
可以只算我4人的費用嗎??
