台北到南投

版上各位大哥大姐好，小弟在這邊先預祝大家蛇年行大運，新年快樂^_^

是這樣子的，小弟在年初5 (2/14) 會從台北開車至南投，版上大哥大姐有什麼比較好的建議路線可以提供參考嗎?我知道這段時間出門總是會塞，那當然能避免就避免囉?

不知道台北到南投大概開車要多久時間呢? 路段的話，不知道中橫通了沒?
我們會沿途玩下去，預計晚上到達高雄，各位有比較推薦的景點嗎?

如果說我早上台北出發，先去基隆繞繞在迴轉往南投出發，各位建議如何呢??
